💄 style: coloured links in paragraph; meta changes

- Links in paragraphs are no longer underlined, but rather coloured with
the accent-colour of the theme.
- The meta section on posts (date, time to read, tags) is rehauled. It's
more compact, less distracting and more minimal.
- Line height is increased.
